1. The platform

Kedmati is a marketplace connecting customers with independent, verified service providers in Oman. Providers are independent professionals or businesses, not employees of Kedmati.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. One account per person; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Bookings & payments

Offers, prices, and schedules are set by providers. Payments are made through the platform in Omani Rials; funds are released to the provider once the work is confirmed. Cancellation terms are shown before you confirm a booking.

4. Provider obligations

Providers must hold required licenses, pass identity verification, perform work professionally, and comply with Omani law.

5. Liability

Kedmati facilitates connections and payments. We are not a party to the service contract between customer and provider, though we operate ratings, verification, and dispute support to keep the marketplace safe.

6. Disputes

Contact us first — most issues are resolved through our support team. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
