Kedmati ("we", "us") operates the kedmati.com website and the Kedmati mobile applications. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

Account details (name, phone number, email), addresses you save, service requests you create, messages you exchange through the platform, payment and wallet transaction records, and technical data such as device type and approximate location when you enable location services.

How we use it

To match you with service providers, process bookings and payments, verify provider identities, improve our AI assistant, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations in the Sultanate of Oman.

Sharing

We share only the details a provider needs to perform your booking (name, service address, request description). We never sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by licensed payment partners.

Retention & security

Data is stored securely, encrypted in transit, and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

This website

kedmati.com sets only an essential cookie that remembers your cookie choice. Only if you click Accept do we also use Google Analytics, which measures pages viewed, device type and approximate location in aggregate so we can improve the site (Google may process this data outside Oman); you can change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We load no advertising tools; its fonts and images are served from our own server. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which receives the technical data any web request carries, such as your IP address, and may count visits anonymously.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or through the enquiry form linked in the footer, we receive what you send — for example your name, number and message — and use it only to reply and follow up. Enquiries are kept in our customer-management system for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and are never sold. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional processing, by contacting us.
